   Wenn Sie sich für eine Sofort-Kaufen-Option plus Sofortgebotslisten im Auktionsstil entscheiden, können Käufer können Ihre Tickets entweder sofort zum Sofortkauf-Preis kaufen oder ein Gebot abgeben. Wir empfehlen, dass Ihr Anfangsgebotspreis mindestens 30% unter dem Jetzt kaufen Preis. Wenn einer der Käufer Ihre Tickets im Sofortkauf-Preis kauft, dann ist die Gebotsauktion abbrechen. You can list tickets on more than one marketplace. If they sold elsewhere, Remove this tickets from your Seatsnet listing to prevent a double- sale. (Remember, if you list tickets in Seatsnet auction platform you can't list them in other market place). If you can't to deliver a Seatsnet order as promised, you will need to pay a penalty as specify under our policy.

If you listed tickets wrong, you can edit the listing any time before the tickets sell.

2. 2. Search and find the tickets you want to edit.
3. 3. Edit the tickets, and click Save.
Remember: if the tickets sold already, seller can't edit the sold tickets. The seller is responsible to deliver to the buyer the tickets as sold.

Split options allow you to choose how you would like to sell your tickets. A group of tickets can be sold together or split up and sold to different buyers.

1. All: Tickets must all be purchased together.
2. Any: Tickets can be purchased in any quantity, up to the maximum amount you have listed.
3. Don't leave one ticket: No single ticket can be left on its own.
4. Only an even number: Tickets can only be purchased in even numbers.
5. Don't leave one or 3 tickets: Prevent one or 3 tickets left unsold.

Ticket disclosures are details a buyer should know before buying. If the tickets you're selling on Seatsnet have disclosures, you must include them in the listing. Disclosures may include:

1. Limited or Restricted view.
2. Alcohol-free seating
3. ADA/wheelchair-accessible seating
4. 21+ section
5. Standing Only
6. Aisle Seats

Remember: if seller won't show to buyer all this details before buyer buying the tickets, Seatsnet will have the full rights to cancel the order.

To search for a listing on a desktop or mobile,

1. 1. Go to My Listing
2. 2. Use the search bar to find the listing by event name, ticket category, or venue.

To search for a listing on the Seatsnet app

1. 1. Tap Sell
2. 2. Go to My Listing
3. 3. Use the search bar to find the listing by event name, ticket category, or venue.
When you list tickets on Seatsnet, we'll send you email confirmation if they sold. You are responsible for your listings and sales if you miss the emails.

You can edit or delete your listing as long as it hasn't been purchased. In order to edit or delete the listing, go to My Listing section. Edit any of the fields you want to do the changes. Once you have made your changes, remember to click “Save”. If you wish to delete your listing, click on the "Remove" button. You will be asked to confirm the action. If you wish to temporarily remove your listing from the Seatsnet website, you can inactive by clicking "No" under the Active field in your listing, and then active it again later, once you wish to publish it again.

If the tickets you're reselling on Seatsnet don't sell, they're still yours. You can try to sell them elsewhere or give them to a friend. You're only charged a sell fee if the tickets sell.

To see your completed sales

1. On the Seatsnet app
   1. Tap Sell
   2. Tap My Sales.
3. On a desktop
   1. Enter your account.
   2. Go to My Sales.

If you listed tickets on Seatsnet but don't see them under the venue's section, it's possible your listing isn't linked right. This means it won't show up when someone clicks that section of the venue map. To check:

1. 1. Enter your account.
2. 2. Go to My Listing.
3. 3. Search the Event you which to check. Then choose the ticket row of the relevant tickets.
4. 4. Under the Colom "section"? Choose the dropdown to pick your ticket section. Choose the section from the list once you find it.

If you bought Electronic tickets on Seatsnet and you're reselling them, choose I'll upload later. When the tickets are ready:

1. 1. Download them from My Orders > go into the specific order to download.
2. 2. Save the file to your computer
3. 3. Upload the PDFs direct inside you selling order in your My Sales area.
   1. If the tickets didn't sell yet: Upload them to My Listings area, it the specific tickets row.

If you have tickets to list on Seatsnet for an event that's today, you can list them as long as the event is open to sell and the ticket type is an available delivery option. Remember: You can't make your own PDF files from scans, photos, copies, or ticket printouts.

If you have tickets to sell for an event not listed on Seatsnet, you can request the event by sending email to Seatsnet (sellers@seatsnet.com) with all the event details. Usually, we'll add it within 24-48 hours.
