On Seatsnet Marketplace only trusted sellers can list and sell their tickets on seatsnet. Our long time experience with our analytic tools, checking each seller application to become a verify seller on seatsnet. We understand that letting only verify sellers to sell their tickets on seatsnet marketplace is leading to few advantages that you can't find in other marketplaces. Most important buyers can trust Seatsnet and the verify sellers to buy their tickets and get them on time. Verify sellers can sell their tickets on market prices without needed to compete with privet sellers that wish to sell their tickets in any price.

1. 1. After becoming a verify seller, sign in to complete your seller account to started selling tickets.
2. 2. Choose the event, tickets type, and the selling format you wish to use. Include the number of tickets you are selling, the seats, and the delivery options in your listing.
3. 3. Set your price and wait for the buyers to buy your tickets.

Seatsnet is the only tickets marketplace that giving sellers options to choose to sell their tickets in different formats as follow:

1. 1. Buy Now: fixed price listings
   With a fixed-price Buy Now listing, a buyer knows the exact price they need to pay for your item, and can complete their purchase immediately. There is no bidding on fixed-price listings.
2. 2. Buy Now + Bid Now option: auctions
   When you choose a Buy Now option plus bid now auction-style listings, buyers can either purchase your tickets right away at the Buy Now price or place a bid. We Recommend that your starting bid price will be at least 30% less than your buy now price. If one of the buyers buy your tickets in the buy now price than, the bid auction is cancel. If none of the buyers buying the tickets in the buy now price, than the highest bidder will be the auction winner, and will need to complete the purchase payment.
3. 3. Bid Now option: auctions
   When you choose the Bid Now auction-style listing, buyers will need to place a bids over your starting price. The highest bidder will be the auction winner, and will need to complete the purchase payment.
4. 4. Buy Now + Make Offer
   When, you choose a Buy Now option plus Make Offer listings, buyers can either purchase your tickets right away at the Buy Now price or you’re inviting buyers to negotiate with you to makes an offer, you can choose to accept, decline, or make a counteroffer. If you want to encourage buyers interested in your tickets to make a purchase, you can also send those offers. Adding best offer to your listing increases your chances of a successful sale.

On seatsnet you can sell: Paper tickets, Member cards, E-Tickets, Mobile / Wallet Tickets.

You can list tickets on more than one marketplace. If they sold elsewhere, Remove this tickets from your Seatsnet listing to prevent a double- sale. (Remember, if you list tickets in Seatsnet auction platform you can't list them in other market place). If you can't to deliver a Seatsnet order as promised, you will need to pay a penalty as specify under our policy.

If you listed tickets wrong, you can edit the listing any time before the tickets sell.

1. 1. Go to My Listing.
2. 2. Search and find the tickets you want to edit.
3. 3. Edit the tickets, and click Save.
Remember: if the tickets sold already, seller can't edit the sold tickets. The seller is responsible to deliver to the buyer the tickets as sold.

Split options allow you to choose how you would like to sell your tickets. A group of tickets can be sold together or split up and sold to different buyers.

1. All: Tickets must all be purchased together.
2. Any: Tickets can be purchased in any quantity, up to the maximum amount you have listed.
3. Don't leave one ticket: No single ticket can be left on its own.
4. Only an even number: Tickets can only be purchased in even numbers.
5. Don't leave one or 3 tickets: Prevent one or 3 tickets left unsold.

Ticket disclosures are details a buyer should know before buying. If the tickets you're selling on Seatsnet have disclosures, you must include them in the listing. Disclosures may include:

1. Limited or Restricted view.
2. Alcohol-free seating
3. ADA/wheelchair-accessible seating
4. 21+ section
5. Standing Only
6. Aisle Seats

Remember: if seller won't show to buyer all this details before buyer buying the tickets, Seatsnet will have the full rights to cancel the order.

To search for a listing on a desktop or mobile,

1. 1. Go to My Listing
2. 2. Use the search bar to find the listing by event name, ticket category, or venue.

To search for a listing on the Seatsnet app

1. 1. Tap Sell
2. 2. Go to My Listing
3. 3. Use the search bar to find the listing by event name, ticket category, or venue.
When you list tickets on Seatsnet, we'll send you email confirmation if they sold. You are responsible for your listings and sales if you miss the emails.

You can edit or delete your listing as long as it hasn't been purchased. In order to edit or delete the listing, go to My Listing section. Edit any of the fields you want to do the changes. Once you have made your changes, remember to click “Save”. If you wish to delete your listing, click on the "Remove" button. You will be asked to confirm the action. If you wish to temporarily remove your listing from the Seatsnet website, you can inactive by clicking "No" under the Active field in your listing, and then active it again later, once you wish to publish it again.

If the tickets you're reselling on Seatsnet don't sell, they're still yours. You can try to sell them elsewhere or give them to a friend. You're only charged a sell fee if the tickets sell.

To see your completed sales

1. On the Seatsnet app
   1. Tap Sell
   2. Tap My Sales.
3. On a desktop
   1. Enter your account.
   2. Go to My Sales.

If you listed tickets on Seatsnet but don't see them under the venue's section, it's possible your listing isn't linked right. This means it won't show up when someone clicks that section of the venue map. To check:

1. 1. Enter your account.
2. 2. Go to My Listing.
3. 3. Search the Event you which to check. Then choose the ticket row of the relevant tickets.
4. 4. Under the Colom "section"? Choose the dropdown to pick your ticket section. Choose the section from the list once you find it.

If you bought Electronic tickets on Seatsnet and you're reselling them, choose I'll upload later. When the tickets are ready:

1. 1. Download them from My Orders > go into the specific order to download.
2. 2. Save the file to your computer
3. 3. Upload the PDFs direct inside you selling order in your My Sales area.
   1. If the tickets didn't sell yet: Upload them to My Listings area, it the specific tickets row.

If you have tickets to list on Seatsnet for an event that's today, you can list them as long as the event is open to sell and the ticket type is an available delivery option. Remember: You can't make your own PDF files from scans, photos, copies, or ticket printouts.

If you have tickets to sell for an event not listed on Seatsnet, you can request the event by sending email to Seatsnet (sellers@seatsnet.com) with all the event details. Usually, we'll add it within 24-48 hours.

It's free to list tickets on Seatsnet.

If none of the buyers place a bid yet, than the seller can cancel the auction. If any of the buyers already place a bid, seller can't cancel the auction, and he will need to deliver the tickets to the highest bidder.

Seller can't place a bid on his auction not by using direct his account, or through third party account. If seller will violate Seatsnet Marketplace conditions, Seatsnet will charge the seller with very high penalty, which will reflect the damages to Seatsnet and buyers. In that case, Seatsnet also keeping the right to close the seller account and suspended the seller from Seatsnet.

In general the highest bidder is the auction winner. But in some cases Seatsnet can ask the seller if he wish to accept also other buyer's lower bids in the same auction, and to be able to deliver them the same similar tickets category and location. If the seller accepts it, Seatsnet will inform the other buyers to complete their payments, and the seller will receive order confirmation by email to each one of this buyers.

Once seller list tickets on Seatsnet auction, he can't sell this tickets in other marketplaces or even list them in Seatsnet as new list.
Once the auction started and any buyer placed a bid, these tickets must be delivering to the highest bidder – the winner.

Seatsnet is normally giving the auction winner till 48 hours to complete his payment (or before the time limit to send the tickets on time by the delivery option chooses). If the auction winner from any reason will not complete the payment on time, Seatsnet will move the auction winning to the next buyer with the second highest bidding as the new winner. In this case after the new winner will complete the payment, Seller is still commuted to accept the second highest bidding and to deliver the tickets to the new winner.

Seatsnet want to ensure a fair marketplace for all our buyers, so we only allow bids to be retracted under certain circumstances. Buyer's not allowed to retract bids to manipulate the bidding process, like trying to find out the maximum bid of the current high bidder or any other reasons. Buyer can only retract a bid if:

1. 1. Buyer accidentally entered the wrong amount, like entering €2000 instead of €200. If buyer did it, Buyer need to request to retract the bid in maximum 1 hour.
2. 2. The seller significantly changed the description of the tickets, after Buyer place the bid.

As soon as you have your tickets and are ready to ship them to your buyer, visit the My Sales section.

1. 1. If you need to deliver E-tickets, then click on the "Upload Etickets" button and upload the tickets.
2. 2. If you need to ship paper tickets or member cards tickets, then click on the "Complete delivery tickets" red button. Then click on "New shipment" green button, and fill all the details needed.

When seller decides his only option is to deliver to the buyer the tickets in collection point, he must act by the following rolls:

1. A. Seller must inform the buyer in advance for the full details of the collection point (date, time. Location, contact mobile number…etc).
2. B. seller must receive in advance the buyer confirmation for receiving all the collection point details, and buyer confirmation for planning to arrive.
3. C. on the collection point, seller must verify the buyer with ID, and to ask the buyer to sign as proof of delivery, and accepting the tickets.

Remember: Once seller is choosing to deliver on collection point he is taking full responsibility on the delivery. If the buyer is not show from any reason, the seller will not get paid for this order. We recommended not to use collection point as a delivery option, and to use all other delivery options.

If you need to change the ticket type and the way you deliver tickets sold on Seatsnet, you may update the ticket type /delivery option through your account. If your new ticket type isn't listed below, please contact us.

1. 1. Go to My sales
2. 2. Enter to the specific order.
3. 3. Inside the order details click on the tickets type to change it.
4. 4. Then click Save

This only applies to tickets you already sold. You can edit unsold listings and update the delivery method.

If seller didn’t send yet the tickets to the original buyer, it is the seller responsibility to deliver the tickets to the new buyer. In that case seller will receive email confirmation informing him that tickets been sold to new buyer. Seller also can find all the delivery details under his account in My Sales inside the new order that created the new buyer.

If the seller sent already the tickets to the original buyer, it is the original buyer responsibility to deliver the tickets to the new buyer.

To edit your Seatsnet payment details, you can use a desktop computer or the mobile website or the Seatsnet app.

1. 1. Go to Profile
2. 2. Under the Payment Method enter your payment details.
3. 3. Then click Save

Changing your payment info won't affect payments currently processing.

Your payment will be initiated between 14 - 30 days after the event.
Sellers with high volume will get paid in 14 days after the event.

No, once your tickets sold, you cannot cancel the sale as the buyer is expecting to receive them.
If you are unable to deliver the tickets you sold, Seatsnet reserves the right to charge you the cost of finding comparable replacement tickets for the buyer.

Visit the Profile section in your account and change the email address ,then click on the “Save” button.
