Buy now (mean seller specify the ticket price he willing to sell the tickets) or Bid now .In this option seller offering the tickets to be sold immediately in " buy now" price as specify by the seller' or you can bid against other buyers, starting from the price (as seller specify as starting bid price). In this option if buyer bought this tickets in the buy now price (before the auction ends) than the auction is finished and this tickets will not be available any more to other bidders. If no one bought this tickets in the buy now price, than once the auction date is ends, the highest bidder wins the tickets and need to complete the purchase payment.
  2. Second type: Bid Now.
In this option seller put the tickets only in auction. Seller put his starting price and you bid against other buyers. You can watch the auction and to see how the bidding is going. When the auction is ends, the highest bidder wins the tickets and need to complete the purchase payment.
  3. Third Type: Buy Now or Make Offer.

Once the seller receiving offer from the buyer, he can accept it or he can decide to send to the buyer his offer price. If the seller accepts the buyer offer, the buyer is obligate to complete the purchase payment. If the buyer accept one of the seller offers he committing to complete the purchase payment.

Auction Winner obligations:

  1. Remember, a bid is considered a binding contract. Your bid affects how other buyers bid for an item and the item's final price. That means that when you bid on tickets and you bid is the highest bid at the end of the auction date. You are committing to buy it if you win (There for: "the auction winner").
  2. Seatsnet will not charge you anything during the auction. If you win the auction, you will need to complete the purchase payment.
  3. If you win the auction with the highest bid, we will send you email confirmation to complete the purchase payment, you can also watch this auction result under your account in Seatsnet under "auctions" in your main account menu. 4. Seller or Seatsnet (through other sellers) can decide that auction have more than one winner by accepting not just the winner with the highest bid, also more bidding of more buyers that bid less than the highest bid. In this case Seatsnet will send all the auction winners email confirmation of wining similar tickets in same category, at their highest bidding prices. All this winners will need to complete the purchase payment.
  5. Seatsnet will give the auction winners time limit to complete the purchase payment. If the buyer will not complete the purchase payment on time, Seatsnet can decide to cancel the buyer as the auction winner, and to set next buyer with the highest bid as the new winner, or to cancel the auction.

Invalid bid retraction.

  1. We want to ensure a fair marketplace for all our buyers, so we only allow bids to be retracted under certain circumstances. You're not allowed to retract bids to manipulate the bidding process, like trying to find out the maximum bid of the current high bidder or any other reasons.
  2. A bid is a binding contract that's active until an auction ends. You can only retract a bid if:
    A. You accidentally entered the wrong amount, like entering €2000 instead of €200. If u did, you need to request to retract the bid in maximum 1 hour.
    B. the seller significantly changed the description of the tickets, after you place your bid.

Retracting a bid for any other reason is considered an invalid bid retraction. If you wish to retract a bid for a valid reason, you'll also need to make sure you do so within the bid retraction timeframe and by going to your account under auctions area. And to click on the "request retract a bid" button near your last bid. Seatsnet team will check your request, and will inform you if we accept to cancel your bid or not. If Seatsnet team will not accept your request to cancel the bid, your bid will stay valid under all the bidding terms and conditions.
  3. Honest mistakes sometimes occur, so there are a few times when you're allowed to retract or cancel a bid. If you retract or cancel your bid with invalid reason than the ones specify up in clause 8 , you may be subject to a range of actions, including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.
  4. Examples of when you can't retract a bid:
    A. You changed your mind about buying the tickets.
    B. You wanted to find out how higher another buyer bid on the tickets.
    C. You wanted only few tickets or ticket, but you place a bid on multiple identical tickets. You should bid only on multiple tickets if you intend to buy all of them.
  5. When bidding, always double-check that you've entered the correct amount, especially when making a last minute bid.
